I work with researchers, product owners, clinicians and developers to connect the interface with the people, processes and decisions behind it. My background in product design engineering helps me work with technical constraints.
At Surrey and Borders Partnership, I managed five designers as acting lead, setting design direction, reviewing quality and supporting professional development. At NHS England, I mentor three junior designers, facilitate workshops and explain design decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

I work in Figma and build coded prototypes in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Nunjucks using GOV.UK and NHS Prototype Kits. My practice applies GDS Service Standard principles and WCAG 2.2.
